WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products, Bands Plus has a No Return policy. However, if issues arise with your product, please contact support via email: shopbandsplus@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All orders will be shipped via US Postal Service. Typically, packages will deliver in 2-5 days AFTER your order has shipped. As we are shipping from Charlotte, NC, orders may take longer to arrive due to distance. Please take this into consideration when ordering, especially when inquiring about custom orders.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover). We also accept payments through Paypal. Both options will be shown at checkout.

IS THERE A WAY TO SAVE MY INFORMATION FOR NEXT TIME?

Yes! We do have the option to create an account in which you may save your shipping and billing information for faster checkout. All information is secure. Please find this option in the top right corner of the website.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER?

First, you would need to complete an inquiry form, which can be found on the Custom Order page. Here you will find a gallery of some of our custom orders along with a form requesting contact information and details of you request. Once submitted, this form will be reviewed and you will be contacted either the same or next business day (depending on time of submission and preferred time of contact) for a full consultation. If the customer agrees to go forward with the order, a design proof will be created and sent to the customer upon approval. Once approved, an invoice will be sent via email. Full payment must be received before production begins.
